High-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or vector artwork is preferred, but don't worry if you only have a basic image — our team will review it.

Complete checkout with your required quantity.

4. We create your mockup
Our design team will convert your artwork into a coin-ready design and send you a digital mockup.

5. Approve the design
Review the size, layout, text, colors and overall appearance. If adjustments are needed, let us know before approval.

6. Production begins
Once your mockup is approved, your custom coins enter production.

Typical production time is approximately 10–15 business days after design approval.

Shipping time is normally an additional 4–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that production does not begin when the order is initially placed. Production begins after the final artwork/mockup has been approved.

Larger quantities, highly detailed designs, special finishes or complex 3D designs may require additional production time.

Please upload the highest-resolution artwork possible for the best result.

Your uploaded image should be fully visible and not cut off around the edges.

Please make sure your artwork is free from watermarks.

Mockups are sent only when the Mockup Approval option is selected.

If you do not receive your mockup within 5 days, please contact us.

Production begins after mockup approval when Mockup Approval has been selected.

Standard production is approximately 10–12 days before shipping.

Rush production may reduce production time to approximately 7 days, depending on the order.
