Each order is custom manufactured specifically for you.

3. Select Mockup Approval if you would like to review the design before production.
4. We prepare your artwork for cufflink production.
5. If Mockup Approval is selected, we send you a digital design for review.
6. Approve the design or request changes. Once approved, your cufflinks enter production.
7. If Mockup Approval is not selected, we begin the production right away.
8. Your finished order is inspected, packed and shipped.

Custom enamel cufflinks require several manufacturing stages, which may include:

Artwork preparation
Mold creation
Metal forming
Enamel filling
Plating
Polishing
Cufflink attachment assembly
Quality inspection
Packaging

Standard production normally takes approximately 10–15 business days before shipping.

Rush production may be available for selected orders and can reduce production time to approximately 7 business days, depending on the design and quantity.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

1. Enamel and plating colors may vary slightly from how colors appear on your screen.

2. Mockups are provided only when Mockup Approval is selected.

3. If Mockup Approval is selected, please check your inbox, spam and junk folders.

4. If you have not received your mockup within 5 days, please contact us.

5. Production begins after approval when Mockup Approval has been selected. Unanswered mockup approval emails for more than 15 days may result in production or cancellation at our discretion.
