3. Production & Mockup Approval:
- Without Mockup Request: Your order will normally proceed directly to production unless additional design clarification is required.
- With Mockup Request: We will email you a design preview for review and confirmation before production begins.
- No Response: If we do not receive a response to our mockup emails within 7 days, we may proceed with production using the proposed design. Once production begins, the design is considered final and cannot be changed.

4. Manufacturing: Your custom keychains are produced according to the selected specifications and finalized design.

5. Quality Check & Shipping: Once completed, your keychains are inspected, securely packaged, and shipped to your delivery address.

Standard production normally takes approximately 5-7 business days before shipping.

Rush production may be available for selected orders and can reduce production time to approximately 4 business days, depending on the design and order quantity.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

- Upload a high-resolution logo or design (vector files preferred).
- Artwork must be clear, complete, and free from watermarks.

5. Design Adjustments
- Keychains are precision-cut from a single piece of stainless steel.
- All design elements must be physically connected.
- Small details or disconnected elements may need to be simplified, joined or removed.
- The finished product will have a solid metallic appearance rather than a printed or multicolored design.

6. Metal Finish
- Actual metal color and reflectivity may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing.

7. Mockup Available Upon Request ONLY

If you need a design mockup before production, please mention that in the order notes. Your design preview will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox regularly, including your spam and junk folders.

Unanswered Mockups: We may send follow-up reminders. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order or proceed with production using the proposed design.

Production & Delivery Timelines: Estimated production and delivery timelines begin after mockup approval. Delays in responding or requesting revisions may extend the expected delivery date.
